You may also print down the order sheet from the Order Sheet page at this site. Please be sure your name, address and daytime phone number (in case of questions about your order) is legible and in black ink or marker for faxing. Sign for credit card orders. Make your check or money order (US funds only) payable to: glory of the garden. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks. SORRY- We do not accept COD orders. We have no minimum requirements except where indicated. Please contact us if there are any problems with an order and we will work to correct them if possible. You may return an unsatisfactory product within thirty days,with the invoice. You may have a refund, exchange or credit toward your next order. SHIPPING AND HANDLING USA We try to fill orders within 2 working days. Packages are shipped priority mail. The difference between Priority (delivery in 2-3 days) and Parcel Post (delivery in 5-7 days) becomes significant over 15 pounds and is a choice for our cutomers. Your package should arrive in three to fourteen working days depending on your distance from NH and choice of delivery system. Out of US, please contact us by email and we can inform you of the cost. There is no S/H on orders over $500.00 within the US unless they are special orders. Shipping is charged separately for each delivery address.
Heavier items will be charged based on the distance from our homebase. An approximation of those charges within the U.S is: Weight - $2.50 for each five pounds over the first three pounds; Distance - $2.50 for each 5-10 pounds over the first three pounds beyond zone three. We do not try to make a profit on shipping and handling. The costs are usually the postage plus $3.00 to $5.00 depending on the intricacy of the packaging for shipping. If you have your order ready and call us, we can give you the cost, or add 20% and we will credit your account or refund the difference. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS. Occasionally we are out of stock on an item. Our policy is to send the rest of the order and fill the out of stock item within two weeks. If you wish, you may cancel a backordered item and receive a either a refund, or credit on your next order. or
