1. Primal does not provide catalogs and their products have become so numerous and excellent that a catalog would be more than 30 pages and color. We want to provide access to all their products because they are so good. Since we try to keep prices affordable, we will no longer be providing a catalog. You will get a list of the products we have or will order for you and their prices, in your package as we have done for our other products. You can print down any of the pages from the internet and feel free to share them with others.

2. Primal has new products out at least twice a year. They often put them out on the internet before we even find out about them. Be sure to check their site at primalelements to see what is new and our site where we often have items that may not be in their current catalog or that we special order because many of our customers like them. It also means we are frequently working on these pages so please forgive us if everything is not always in working order.

3. Our bulk page contains pricing information. If we have a single item on hand, we will sell singles and the single prices are in parentheses. If it is not likely to sell in our retail shop, you would have to buy it in bulk but this usually means a savings of more than 20% over the retail price. Of all the products, you will most likely find the soap you want on hand because we have about three hundred loaves at any one time. We have many of the candles and some of all the products in the most popular scents on hand.

4. Anything we have on hand is mailed via US priority within 48 hours and will reach you in approximately 2-3 days. If we have to order it, there is usually a 2-3 week wait from the date of order.

5. We do not share, sell, give or in any other way provide any of our client information to anyone.
