is pleased to present our Spring 1999 catalog.

It contains a broad range of products and is expanding all

the time. If you have need of a related item and do not see it

in our catalog, please ask and we will attempt to find it

for you.

If you are new to the world of herbs and spices beyond

their culinary uses, we suggest that knowledge is power

and reading about the subject is important. Your local library

is one good source. The Herb Research Foundation’s

Natural Healthcare Hotline at (303)449-2265 answers

questions about properties and uses for a condition or illness.

There is also a Resource and Book section in this catalog

so you can start your own library.

Please be aware that many of the products in this catalog

are not for internal use and all should be kept out of the

reach of children. We understand that you know your body’s

needs best and will use all your knowledge to make good

decisions about the use of these products. If you have a health
